- Units Fully Self Contained NOT Serviced
- Deposit of $200 per week per unit
- Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of credit card details MasterCard,
- Bankcard or Visa only. If you have no written confirmation you have no booking.
Cancellations
- Any Christmas period booking 20 th December to 15 th January, no refund.
- Less than two weeks notice no refund.
- Prior to two (2) weeks notice, one nights accommodation. ($100)
- No monies will be refunded for non arrivals or early departures.
Group Bookings and Christmas Bookings
- No arrivals or departures on the 25 th &26 th December, or 1 st January.
- Not less then one weeks stay over the Christmas period.
- Balance of payment due by the 1 st December for the Christmas period.
- Balance of payment due one month prior to arrival for groups.
- Guest list of group booking, allocated to individual units to be supplied.
# Villas sleep a maximum of five (adults and children) only these people may stay on the premises. All names must be supplied due to Fire & Safety rules. For security reasons , we must know who is on the premises.
# Villas are a smoke free environment. You may use the outside back courtyard.
# Villas must be left Clean and Tidy, any undue cleaning and smoke odours will be charged for. If any damage is done and unit can not be let, the person/s responsible will be charged for the accommodation until the unit can be re-let
# A Signed Credit Card must be left with us on admittance; any damages or late check out will be charged. No individual payments from the units will be accepted, the person booking will be responsible for the full payment of the account. If you wish to extend your stay please request the day before. Please note checkout time is 10 a.m. # A charge of $200 applies for non returned keys and remote.
# Ocean Villas has a zero tolerance of parties or gatherings, they are family style accommodation , not a reception facility, and immediate eviction will apply.
